East-nor cell pool company installed our septic and cell pools when we moved into our home. We live in a hilly area and the work had to be done with precision. Now as we replace retaining walls, East-nor is assisting us with this project as well. They have been super responsive to our call, came the next day as promised and will make the modifications to the pools to accommodate the new retaining walls. Highly recommended!
Chris and his family responded to a request to evaluate my septic system when I bought a new house. They took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of my system. They explained the maintenance I needed to have completed now, and what might come in the future based on the way my system was designed. They got right to work on my system and completed their work quickly. They also left my yard in very nice condition, despite having had to do some digging. Definitely recommend!
My main sewer line was backed up midst a renovation which put the breaks on further bathroom work. Chris showed up a 1/2 hr after my initial call and gave me some direction on what might be happening with the cesspool. He cleared the pipe in a 20 minutes and offered some helpful tips for the renovations I was doing. A little pricier than a typical roto call but diagnosis and thoughtful longer term considerations was worth the little bit extra.
I have used a couple different companies and no one comes close to East Nor! Showed up at my house on Christmas Eve @4pm. I had family coming over and of course I get a back up. Arrived at my house 2 hours after my phone call. They are carful to not damage your lawn and pricing is comparable to the rest. East Nor is the only call I will make from now on!
