East-Nor Cesspool is a family-owned and operated septic system pumping business located in downtown Oyster Bay, NY. Proudly serving areas of Nassau and Suffolk Counties for over 50 years, we are fully licensed and insured and offer both residential and commercial pumping services.

Founded in 1972 by Charles Vaccaro, East-Nor has always been a family affair. Ownership was passed down to Charles’s son, Chris Vaccaro, who has been working in the business for over 40 years. Known for his skill, experience, and dedication, Chris personally oversees and performs work on every job, ensuring top-quality results.

Chris’s daughter, Jennifer, has worked alongside him for more than 20 years, managing the office and answering calls with the same care and commitment. Sometimes, Chris calls on his three sons-in-law to lend an extra hand on the job. East-Nor truly is a multi-generational operation built on trust and teamwork.

Our services include cesspool and septic tank pumping, chemical cleaning and aeration, bacteria treatments, and pumping of washing machine drywells (excluding storm drains). You can find detailed information about each service on our Services page.
